S-DOC- a unique approach to Organisational Change

Organisational Change can start with YOU

While many courses aim to develop individuals in the organization and thereby hope to bring in change, this course instead focuses on imparting skills that will bring individuals together for a structural, collective and sustainable change. Simply put, this course puts the horse in front of the cart, so real movement can happen.

Applying concepts and models developed by the isb GmbH Germany, renowned specialists in the field of consulting and education for more than 3 decades, the participant will learn how to become that catalyst of change themselves, before they go forth to commence a chain reaction of changes in their workplaces.

  1. The program will focus on first creating that learning space where the participant can create/ arrive at that prototype of change that he is especially seeking.
  2. Next, through the prototype the participant will rise to be a change facilitator himself.
  3. Finally the participant will learn how to consolidate the learning to powerfully seed change in his organisation and employ the acquired skill, tools and knowledge to usher in lasting change in his organization

Be that facilitator of Change

The course aims to develop its participants into Change Facilitators trained in Systemic Perspective and the Dialogic approach. The Change Facilitators are powerful catalysers who can commence a ripple effect through small interventions and set off a series of chain reactions, thereby bringing a collective change in the organisation. This novel approach has a far reaching positive impact on the organisation rather than the slow process of changing individuals one by one.

The methodology follows the butterfly effect of small changes having an enormous impact. Participants will master the skill of developing small but powerful interventions that will lead to lasting change. The methods, models, and frameworks are on par with the latest developmental trends in the international market.

At the end of this program the participants will be equipped to-

  1. Apply Systemic perspectives
  2. Elicit Patterns that need change
  3. Understand personality types and the interplay of personality at work using systemic framework
  4. Construct prototypes and test change methodologies
  5. Create sustainable change in organization using Dialogic approach Suggest, support and aid in finding customized solutions
  6. Harness group energy of the organization towards organizational goal and growth.

The S-DOC program certifies you as an Organizational Coach.

The methodologies learnt can be used in any organization either as an external consultant or an internal change facilitator. S-DOC is for Coaches, Entrepreneurs and Managers aged between 35-60 with atleast 8-10 years experience and / or heading two levels of people under them. Find out your eligibility here.

I am a housewife. I have past work experience and would like to get back to work soon. Am I eligible for this course? Can I make coaching my career?

Yes. Since you have prior work experience, you are eligible for this course. We have been particularly careful in pacing and scheduling this program in a way that participant’s work and personal commitments are not affected. Also this is most suitable for you as you can find a good home-work balance. Many women coaches work only for few days a month, either as freelancer or even as a full time organisational coach.

I am retired. Can I still become an organizational coach?

Indeed. Welcome! You can use your valuable past experience and develop learning spaces for organization employees to learn and grow.

I am not residing in Chennai, is the course available online?

Sorry, no. The course is designed as an experiential learning and the nuances of facilitation can be conveyed only in a face to face group setting. Therefore the course will happen in person at the venue only.

My current work schedule is haphazard. How can I manage the 90% attendance when I travel constantly?

We understand this challenge. As we progress through the course we can talk through these difficulties as and when they emerge and work through alternatives so that you get the best out of the course.

What happens when I miss a session?

Ah! We really hope you wouldn’t have to! However under unavoidable circumstances, when you need to be away, we have made an option for that too. Most of the sessions are recorded and the learning videos will be accessible in the private drive soon after the session.
