The coaching sessions will be one on one with our senior coaches and tailored at a pace and time frame best suited to the entrepreneur. Generally at once or twice a month, the sessions can be spread over a period of one year or till the time an entrepreneur would like to take coaching for himself. The criteria for the entrepreneur to enroll for this course is a willingness to try newer options using the wisdom within his organization. What is imperative is a willingness to listen – to the coach, to the employees and most important to himself too. For an entrepreneur builds not just an organization, but a thriving new culture that is his very own! And that by itself is a success!
