An organization is a system of many parts coming together. However a growing organization is one in which the system has functioning parts that dialogue with each other and work as one unit, to keep the system alive and growing- just as it transpires in an organism!

A systemic perspective is one that studies the relationships and dialogues between these functioning parts of a growing unit. A Systemic Organizational Change Coach is that specialist who knows the art of combining systemic perspectives and dialogic tools to initiate powerful change in an organization and transform it into a cohesive, growing, developing unit!

A Systemic Organizational Change Coach is that expert/ specialist who can gauge the pulse of an organization and diagnose/analyse –
