We at Nibbana have been in the business of facilitating dialoguing culture in organization for more than two decades now. Bringing in a Systemic Perspective to dialoguing and listening , we teach participants how to listen and set up learning dialogues. These enable the organization to consolidate knowledge, revive communication and empower the team members to come together as a motivated group. A motivated group is able to bring the vision of the organization to reality.
