A Geethan is a coach and an organizational learning specialist. His unique training involves weaving the learning culture within the existing culture in the organization such that small changes result in enormour impact. He is the founder director of Nibbana Institute for Organisational development started in 2004.
Geethan is an engineering graduate from the prestigious Anna University, Chennai India. He has completed post graduation is Psychology for Madras University and is a psychotherapist accredited by the International Transactional Analysis Association, USA.
He has worked with various companies in India over a decade of training and coaching. Geethan combines his experience as an entrepreneur along with his skill as a psychotherapist in his coaching and organisational development work.
His book “coaching in organizations” written along with Bernd Schmid (Dr) is soon to be published in India.
Anuradha Kannan has been a part of Nibbana since 2008, bringing with her the experience of working in a multinational Bank in India for over 15 years. As an associate certified financial planner, observation and analysis are her strengths.
A post graduate in psychology, Anuradha has also been trained in organisational development work. Her background in the financial sector is an asset when understanding the various contexts in the organizations she works with.
She holds regular workshops on financial management, investment workshops and empowering individuals.
