Our Uniqueness and Approach
While many courses aim to develop individuals in the organization and thereby hope to bring change, this course focuses on learning the skills to bring individuals together for a structural, collective and sustainable change.
The course uses concepts and models developed by the isb GmbH Germany with its exceptional expertise in consulting and education for 3 decades. Specific focus will be on using prototypes to create a learning space for the participants. Through the prototypes the participants, as change facilitators themselves, will understand how these learning can be translated in an organization and how the outcome can be leveraged to facilitate lasting change in an organization
Aims and Objectives
The aim is to develop change facilitators who will have the skills to introduce Systemic change in organisations through Dialogic approach. This novel approach will focus on collective change, which will have far reaching impact on the organisation, rather than changing individuals and thereby moving towards organisational change.
The methodology will be to introduce small changes having enormous impact.
The course has been structured in a way that participants will learn the skill of making small interventions leading to enormous impact. The methods, models and framework will be on par with the latest developmental trends in the international market.

Thorsten Veith is the managing director of isb GmbH, Germany, a renowned business academy for organizational consultancy, executive education and management.
He is a consultant, speaker and lecturer at various universities and colleges and as a seminar and workshop leader in the profit and non-profit sector. His work focuses on job-related learning and qualification systems, collegiate counseling, portfolio work, systemic didactics and learning culture as well as “healthy systems – healthy organization” as the focus of his doctoral studies. He is doing his doctorate at the Institute of Medical Psychology of the University Hospital Heidelberg in the Section of Medical Organizational Psychology under Prof. Dr. med. Thorsten Veith studied Educational Science, Sociology and Political Science at the University of Heidelberg (M.A.) and holds a Diploma in Scienes Politiques et Sociales from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques Paris.
A Geethan is the Managing and Founder Director of Nibbana Institute, Chennai. Geethan is an Engineer by qualification and a Psychotherapist & OD Consultant by choice. He is trained in various schools of psychology. His passion for learning combined with his creative urge has led him to evolve and creat new methods and techniques to address Organisational development work and Executive Coaching in the Indian Context. He has presented his ideas and work methods in National and International conferences. His experience as an Entrepreneur and training in the fields of NLP, TA, Gestalt, Hypnosis, CBT, Constellation work gives him a unique advantage in handling the Organisational Developmental work. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Madras. His vision is to develop professionals in the field of OD work and he has taken steps towards that direction by designing the S-DOC certification course.
Anuradha Kannan is a Director of Nibbana and holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Madras University. An attraction to wisdom, knowledge and learning drew Anuradha naturally to the field of training and psychotherapy & counselling. Her experience in the Banking sector is a great asset when working with Corporates in Organisational Developmental work. She has been trained in TA, NLP, Gestalt, Hypnosis, CBT and Constellation work. An innate curiosity about life, about the nature of things and seeing how everything fits together when leading the OD work is an asset. Her innate strength lies in attention to details and her intuition plays a major part in finding helpful solutions that fit corporate needs.
